Return & Refund Policy for Rudraksha Products

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Since Rudraksha beads are spiritual and natural products, each piece is unique in size, shape, and texture.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is incorrect

• The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition

• The product must be returned in original packaging

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the spiritual and natural nature of Rudraksha products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn products

• Products damaged due to improper handling

• Customized or energized Rudraksha items (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable courier service

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
